ACCESS CARD CONTROL

KRS Club manages your access cards. Cards can be de-activated if lost, and new cards issued. All actions are logged in the system. Special Staff and Override cards can also be tracked.

MANAGEMENT

Access control can be managed on the basis of the types of Contracts or Products linked to a Member, so that there can be Access restrictions by Day or by Time. All the Financial information known about a Member is also linked into the Access Control, so that Access can be blocked on Account Overdue statuses if required.

TURNSTILE CONTROL

Link to your turnstile with KRS's own interface box to create a professional club access control system.

You allow entry via an access card swipe, or by entering the Member’s name or Identity number (suitable for smaller Clubs). The Member’s photograph will be displayed immediately for verification, with useful information like their name, any messages left for the Member, or that it is their birthday! Take new photo’s with a single click via a web cam right at the Access Control point.

REPORTING

Various access control statistics can be printed, as all access entries are logged with the date and time, and whether they were allowed, denied or an override used.
