MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT

CONTRACTS

Single Member or Family membership contracts can be captured, with full details of the member(s) and the Product(s) they sign up for. When all membership details are checked, the contract becomes Authorized. This is particularly useful if you are offering Debit Order payments, where banking details, and possibly credit references, must be checked.

PRODUCTS

Products allow you to define the options you offer your Membership. You can set up access restrictions (eg. only off-peak), length of offer (eg. 3 month contract), Renewal rules and Prices (monthly debit order, cash price/discount etc).

CONSULTANTS

Full reporting on Contracts by Sales Consultant is available. New, cancelled & lapsed statuses are taken into account in the reporting, which is very useful for paying sales commissions.

BOOKINGS

Squash courts, spinning bicycles, sauna usage and other such equipment can be loaded into the bookings module. Time slots can be defined, and the amount of each type of equipment can be separately booked. See at a glance where you have openings in the bookings, and monitor which equipment is not earning its keep!
