Greetings All,
After many years at the helm of KRS Club, Lauren has moved on to new ventures, allowing her to focus more on her lovely young family.
I'm pleased to have re-joined the Club team after many years away on other projects. This edition of our newsletter is full of all the exciting new changes that your Club team has for you.
We have grown the development team that supports the package, and welcome Richard Woodburne as our Sales and Support Manager.
KRS Club 5.1.1.3 is shipping now. This version integrates the Contract and Debtor applications into one,
adding convenience for moving between your Members details and the Debtors system.
The Collections features have been enhanced and further automated, Debit Orders and Levies are improved, and we have added a basic Management Dashboard to highlight important information.
We will be upgrading all our clubs who qualify for free upgrades through their support contracts - contact Club Support to schedule your upgrade now!
We also welcome five new clubs to the fold - read about them here.
Yours in fitness,
Lorraine

Integrated Contracts & Debtors
KRS Club has always shipped as two applications: Contracts and Debtors. The rationale was that different staff require different functionality, but we find that in our
smaller clubs the roles are not that defined, and it makes sense to integrate the functionality.
|
| |
You can still control access to functions through our very comprehensive Rights mechanism. A user can be allowed access or denied permission on each screen and function
individually. This means there is no risk in integrating the Debtors functionality with Contracts - you control your user rights per staff member.
Collections / Handovers
We wrote about our enhanced Collections process in the last newsletter, so this is just a reminder that you will find it much quicker to group bad payers for batch Collection actions.
Support and Backups
A number of Clubs forget to do regular backups. Yet this is your key financial data - why put it at risk? KRS Club now enforces a pre-monthend backup, and we hope you find this useful.
We're certainly sleeping a bit sounder now...

Support is also controlled entirely through clubsupport@krs.co.za. Please DO NOT email the individual team members, as we would hate you to be ignored if the person you have
addressed is on leave, or sick.
The Club Support address is accessed by the full team, so you're guaranteed a response!
We look forward to upgrading all our Clubs over the next few months, at your convenience. Email Sales at KRS Club if you're keen to get the upgrade asap.
